One day hire of our beautiful 17th century masia in wine country just an hour from Barcelona + two nights of accommodation for up to 8 guests.

Conditions
Price includes one celebration of up to 10 hours, with the latest finish time of 02:00.
GUESTHOUSE
Check in Friday between 16:00h - 20:00h
Check out Sunday by 12:00h - late check-out can be arranged upon request.
MID-WEEK WEDDINGS
A mid-week wedding is held on a Wednesday (with check in on Tuesday
and check out on Thursday).
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
The eve of a Spanish/Catalan public holiday, and the day itself, will be charged at the weekend rate.
RESERVATIONS
To reserve your date a deposit of 30% of the hire cost must be paid at the time of reservation. A further payment of 50% is to be paid 60 days before the date of the event, the remaining payment of 20% must be paid 30 days prior to the event. All payments are non-refundable.
RETURNABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
1500€ to be paid 1 day before the event. This will be refunded, as long as there is no damage, within 7 days of the event.
CATERING
Please ask us to send you a quote for in-house catering.
Published prices effective from December 2023 for events in 2024 and 2025. Incrementation of 5 % applies to all pricing for 2026 & 2027. We are not currently open for bookings beyond 2027.
Price Includes
Up to 10 hours of celebrations, plus the additional time necessary for load-in, set-up and break-down. Latest finishing time Midnight due to local noise restrictions - all invited guests must vacate the premisis before the catering staff.
Two nights of accommodation for up to 8 people in our beautifully furnished guest house. (We can advise on extra accommodation at local masias & hotels upon request)
Pre & post-event cleaning.
All permanent installed interior and exterior lighting.
JBL portable sound system (Professional sound system and/or live music to be supplied by guests if needed)

Hire of our wedding triangle with vintage sofa for photographic opportunites.
Hire of extra seating for ceremony.

Portable dance floor 3 x 3m.
Hire of our 11th Century hermitage for
your ceremony.

Wedding planning & decorations (We can offer this service at an additional cost).
Catering (Please enquire for menus & pricing) - self catering not permitted).
Supplement of 15€+IVA for each guest numbering more than 40 (not including children under 3 years) (Maximum 50 guests).
IVA (VAT). We are obliged to divide IVA between accommodation (10%) and all other costs (21%). Accommodation is a quarter of the base rental price.

Flower arrangements.
Tourist Tax of 0.66€ per person/night for those staying in the house (eg. 8 people for 2 nights is 10.56€ in total).
Obligatory additional cleaning service for events with 40+ guests: 100€+IVA.
Obligatory professional babysitting service for events with 3 or more
children between the ages of 1 and 10. (To be arranged by guests).
